At Junction, we believe that bringing our team together in person is a powerful way to connect, and align as we scale. While we work remotely across different time zones and cultures, our biannual global offsites give us dedicated time to build bonds, and plan intentionally for whatโs next.
We aim to host a global offsite every 6 months. These offsites are an opportunity for:
Each offsite will be held in a rotating global location, giving us the chance to meet in new environments while balancing travel fairness across regions.
We recognize that scheduling offsites early is critical โ for travel planning, family time, and business continuity.
We want as many team members as possible to participate in our global offsites. That said, we have a responsibility to maintain business continuity, especially for critical lab operations and customer support teams. This becomes extremely difficult when these entire teams are engaged during offsites and does not scale as our business grows. So what does this mean:
