Getting started

Once you accept your offer, we will send you over your employment contract or letter for signing. We will then trigger your onboarding once this has been signed and we agree an initial start date.

Our policy is below:

💰 Payroll

🇬🇧 UK based employees: You will be invited to Remote.com to set up your account

🇺🇸 US based: You will be invited to Central to set up your account and to sign your CIIA Agreement. They have a Slack app that you can ask for your payslip there.

🌎 Other countries / contractors: You will be invited to Deel to set up your account

🏥 Healthcare plans

Right now, we only offer healthcare to US employees given our stage. Read more here.

✉️ Email set up

You will receive an email invite to your personal email. Please login and set up 2FA. Note: you will be given a tryvital.io email initially and then will add an alias of junction.com

💳 Expenses

We use Ramp for expenses. Each people hub has a specific offering of benefits and these will be automatically added to your card. Read more about benefits here and our expenses policy is here.

🏥 Mandatory training

Anyone working at Junction will need to complete mandatory training - this is your HIPAA and data security training in Vanta. This is the first task you will complete on Day 1, if you can complete it before starting then great 🙏

🥼 Junction Health Check

During your welcome session, you will be given your onboarding document created by your manager. You will have a 10 task health check to complete during your first morning.
