Right now we only offer private healthcare to employees based in the US. During your onboarding with Central for your payroll, you will be asked to actively accept or decline healthcare.

🏥 Healthcare

The current plan we offer is Blue Shield Platinum. Junction contributions 85% of the premium and employees cover 15%. The costs are based on age, you can find the contributions here. Unfortunately we do not contribute to spouses or family members so if you were to move to this plan, you would need to pay the full premium depending on their age.

Note: as we continue growing the business, this will change.

🦷 Dental

Junction will cover 80% of this cost so there's a $11.20 a month to cover pre tax as an employee.

We have a plan with Beam for this.

    1. No, not automatically but you can request this via Central if you want one
  2. Will Junction contribute to my spouse / partner or family?
    1. Not at this time, we do not contribute to spouses or family members so if you were to move to this plan, you would need to pay the full premium depending on their age.
